Do you have Norton Antivirus installed? I was having the
same problem, but it would freeze on exit, unistalled AV
and it works fine.

Original MS Money 2004 Deluxe.
Windows 2000 Pro Service Pack 4.
Intel Pentium III 550 Mhz. 384 Megs. HDD 18 Gigas SCSI.
The installation procedure was O.K. The Money´s Cheker
Utility confirms the program is installed O.K. !
It starts for first time and configured my profile and
setup my accounts. Then I close it. The next time I try to
open HANGS my computer (You can´t turn on/of the
keyboard´s led). I have to reset the computer. This
happends many times. I reinstall many times the software
and the problem persist. I´m MSCSE and A+ Thechnician.
The demo version from money´s website works properly.
What can I do !
