You need to find the *.mny file from the old drive. Copy it to the
new drive.

You will need to install Money 2000 or newer from the Money install
CD. You then will try to read that *.mny file with the new install
of Money. If you do not have a Money install CD, I suggest you buy
Money 2004 with disk.

Default Money2000/Windows XP

I purchased a new computer because the motherboard died
on my old computer. The harddrive from my old computer is
however intact. My old computer used Windws 2000. I have
installed the old harddrive in my new computer as a
second harddrive but are unable to open MS Money.
Unfortunately I have no backup of the MS Money info.
Thanks.
