Not worth answer but here goes:
Wait till March/April and maybe shops will offer Money
with full-price rebate with purchase of Taxcut software.
Thats how I upgrade Money each year. I have yet to pay
for Money in past 4 years. And they all work(ed) great.
And Microsoft support has been great the 3 times I have
emailed them.

This person just watches the commercials on TV and
ignores the actual program. That's his "30 seconds of
fame and knowledge".

p.s., I'm struggling with why your "great loss" exceeds $20.

Another one of those people who do not read the paper
work before signing their name. LEARN
And how much money will you get for your "great loss in
addition to the tremendous anguish"?
NOTHING
Attorney General will probably tell you to forget it.
Just buy the program and get rebate and use it.

The application told you all about the issues involved and the options for
avoiding this problem--primarily dual installation and data entry--before it
upgraded your data file. I can only conclude you couldn't or wouldn't read
that.

Default Money 2004 Trial Scam

To whom it may concern at MS;
I am very unhappy about the forced purchase of MS Money
2004. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney
general and the better business bureau regarding the
method Microsoft used to force me to buy this product. I
tried the trial offer for MS Money 2004 and it locked me
out of my personal Money files forcing me to buy this
product. The official statement following the trial period
stated that I must purchse MS Money 2004 to be able to use
my files. This has caused me a great loss in addition to
the tremendous anguish. MS once again should be ashamed of
their blackmailing and crooked business practices.

One pissed-off customer!

PS: Product support has been useless!
