More importantly, you need to set a password on your file if you want to make
sure that she (or anyone else) does not have access your financial records at
all. And vice-versa for your daughter.

Yes. You can be using different XP logins, or the same one.

To start a new user from scratch, do File-> New-> NewFile. To open
Money, you can create shortcuts to each Money file and use those to
start Money.

If you are using separate XP logins, the separation is more
automatic.

Default ms money 2003 with windows EP

I am currently using Money 2003 with Windows XP Home
version. I share my computer with my daughter. She now
wants to do her finances using MS Money. Is it possible
for us both to use it without having access to the others
information?
Thanks
