| The URL points to the bookmark for correct question. The question in labeled in the text as "Q4" of the Conversion, Programmability, External interfaces section. Other sections have "Q4s" as well, so if you try to find "Q4" yourself you will find many "Q4s." Several months back I reprogrammed the html generator to use the key value for the question from the database to generate the bookmarks so the no matter how the text gets renumbered, the URLs to the bookmarks for the questions won't break. http://www.bollar.org/msmoney/#Q8 will always point to the same question as long as I'm generating the page the same way from the same question. In the old style bookmarks #S10Q4 was a terribly fragile location. Any sections added ahead or any questions in this section added ahead and the link broke.
