One possibility is that the QIF file uses mm/dd/yyyy or mm/dd/yy> When downloading files from the Bank the downlaod is > unable to download files after 10/10/03, and keeps > replicating the files prior to 10/10/03. In that case, you could identify the problem and then seek out a program to permutate the date, or change the setup on your computer temporarily. It surely exists readily or could be cobbled together easily. Perhaps the problem is a bad transaction that only happens to occur near the 13th of October. In that case, I would make a copy of your Money file. Make a copy of the .qif file that contains the problem area. Remove perhaps half of the transactions from the copy of the ..qif using a text editor such as notepad. A transaction is the area bounded by lines that contain only the "^" character. If you succeed, the problem was in one of the transactions you removed. Use a binary search processes to find the bad transaction and remove or repair it. For examples of what Money would like to see in a .qif file, do File-> Export. Note that Money will accept the year with more than one way. xx/xx/2003 could also be xx/xx/03 or xx/xx'03 . |

| It depends on what is in the QIF file, but try setting the dates on your system to use US dates and see whether the import works - it could be being sent as a US date in the download. -- Glyn Simpson, Microsoft MVP - Money Check http://support.microsoft.com/default...d=fh;EN-GB;mny for UK tips and fixes for MS Money. | Money 2003 Version 11.0 When downloading files from the Bank the downlaod is unable to download files after 10/10/03, and keeps replicating the files prior to 10/10/03. Error message: "A transaction in the QIF file has a date that could not be resolced and therefore was not recorded into your Money file" The system date in the Control Panel is correctly set for Australia The reports module only includes transactions after 10/10/03. |
