If you're matching a downloaded transaction against a bills/deposits entry,
then it is possible that the bills/deposits entry is marked as reconciled.
The easiest way to test this is to take a backup of your file, and enter one
or two of the bills/deposits into your file. If they enter as reconciled,
then you'll need to recreate these in the original file.

Bills/deposits can get like this if you create them from existing
transactions, rather than creating them through the bills/deposits wizard.
