Default Re: Money 2004 won't display closed option positions

I also upgraded to Money 2004 for its improved ability to
handle option transactions. Now that I have upgraded I
can't figure out how the new functionality works. Can
someone explain it to me or tell me where I can get more
info?
Thanx,
Eric

Assuming that you are actually underwritting the option and not actually
trading options, isn't the fee you get from the purchaser of your option
considered "income" from a tax perspective?

If you figure out how to do this please let me know. For
me I want to see the gain or loss when an option expires
worthless. It is either a gain or loss but Microsoft says
if it was a short sale of an option the gain is income not
capital gains and that is why they don't show it. I think
they are wrong about the tax part of it.
