| I also upgraded to Money 2004 for its improved ability to handle option transactions. Now that I have upgraded I can't figure out how the new functionality works. Can someone explain it to me or tell me where I can get more info? If you figure out how to do this please let me know. For> I just recently upgraded to Money 2004 and one of the main > reasons was it's ability to handle options transactions > which it does very nicely but it will not display closed > option positions like it does regular stock > transactions. Can someone tell me if there is a way to do > this? > . me I want to see the gain or loss when an option expires worthless. It is either a gain or loss but Microsoft says if it was a short sale of an option the gain is income not capital gains and that is why they don't show it. I think they are wrong about the tax part of it. |
