Looks like it might be Microsoft. Since I first posted the question about
the lack of updating, I noticed that some of my stocks had started updating
and some had not. For instance, see SAFM above. It is now updated but was
not when I check my Charles Schwab real time quote site. Schwab reported
the statistics that the last trade on SAFM was at 13:15:45 or about 1:15 pm
(the time I was checking for the quote). Since I checked this quote on
Schwab, magically, my portfolio for SAFM was updated. Now, ANK is still not
updated but the Schwab site clearly shows that this low volume trading stock
(ANK) was traded at 10:06 this morning.

Some items in my portfolio are now updating but others are
not......... so i still contend the problem is not at home.
