Default symbol / abbreviation

When I click on PICK AN ACCOUNT TO USE,

then OTHER OPEN ACCOUNTS,

I see a symbol next to some of my credit card accounts
(but not all)...

the symbol looks like a diagonal H in front of the
account name...sort of a "lightening" strike.

What is this symbol????

What does it mean?

thanks,
