a further findings, i run Money2004 using "run as" another user, it works !
using local adm or domain userwith local adm right also run correctly.

so, there is something wrong with my user profile ?
also, using "run as" another user to run Money2004, the data seems to save
into current logon user profile dir, can i run it this way ? another
drawback or problem ?

Money2004 Std keep crashing on startup after install.
