| Never mind! I found the problem. There was an "advanced setting" that I overlooked! My bad. | Got back from a week away, and saw your reply. I tried it, but it doesn't work. I still get taken to the web site for the wrong bank with the similar name. When it happens, I confirm that the "web site" in the "Contact Information" is correct. Is there *another* place where the "wrong" web site can still be lurking? Many thanks. Enter "url" into the Ask Money box of Help.> I've tried to set up for online services with my bank. | Money 2003. I've tried to set up for online services with my bank. Although the name of my bank appears on the "Select Your Financial Institution," the website I ultimately get directed to is not my bank (and doesn't even have a name similar to my bank). Is it possible to manually set the URL? Thanks. Ken |
