Never mind! I found the problem. There was an "advanced setting" that I
overlooked! My bad.

Got back from a week away, and saw your reply. I tried it, but it doesn't
work. I still get taken to the web site for the wrong bank with the similar
name. When it happens, I confirm that the "web site" in the "Contact
Information" is correct. Is there *another* place where the "wrong" web
site can still be lurking?

Many thanks.

Enter "url" into the Ask Money box of Help.

Default Online Service Manager chooses wrong web site

Money 2003.

I've tried to set up for online services with my bank. Although the name of
my bank appears on the "Select Your Financial Institution," the website I
ultimately get directed to is not my bank (and doesn't even have a name
similar to my bank).

Is it possible to manually set the URL?

Thanks.
Ken
