Money 2004 Wont Install

This "not responding" condition does not immediately mean there is a
problem. You may need to allow several minutes at that point before freaking
out and killing the thing. Assuming you've been doing that, your next best
bet is probably opening a support case directly with Microsoft.

I can't get Money 2004 to install on my PC. Whenever I try to run setup, it
hangs on the window that says "One moment please. Money is checking for
components and disk space..." Task manager says the process is Not
Responding. I've rebooted a dozen times. I've uninstalled Money 2003.
I've copied the whole CD to my hard disk and tried to run from there.

I am running Windows XP SP1 with all the latest patches.

How can I get Money to install?
