Temporarily elevate this user's access, Activate, restart Money to confirm
that it no longer asks, Demote this user.

I've created a new Money file which now opens by default, but it made no
difference. I also saw in one post that MS Support suggested turning off
User Account Control, but that didn't help, either. Any ideas?
