Which Bank of America? Direct connect or via third party. I am guessing you
are in CA WA or ID. In which case it is probably a Yodlee problem. If not
then you probably should contact BoA customer support to make certain your
account is correctly set up to allow the direct downloads.

You could set up a new Money File for sole purpose of testing your Bank of
America connection. Either add BoA to the Sample file or select new and
create a totally new file.
