Default Re: Citibank Credit Card login failure

I did that i.e. stopped online services and tried to go back in and setup
online services again. It does not recognize the user-id / password
combination which works fine thru the web browser.

Normally the Money access to Citicards is thru a direct OFX
connection.

Go to AccountList-> ManageOnlineServices. Click the CitiCards
account, and choose StopUsingOnlineServices. Go to the Settings for
the account, and put in the new account number. You could probably
do this part in a different order.

Set up the account again from AccountList-> ManageOnlineServices with
your new data. Expect to need to MergeDuplicateTransactions from the
left side of the newly created register to combine the newly
downloaded

Be prepared to File-> Restore a backup file in case you need to undo
something.

Default Citibank Credit Card login failure

I recently changed my userid on my Citicards website and did the same on
Money Plus, but somehow Money doesn't seem to be able to access the website
anymore to download data. I can still login directly thru my browser.
