It's Bank of America. I called them and they said the charge was coming from
Microsoft, but I don't believe anything that BoA tells me anymore. Any

Ask your bank about the charge. They may have a way to waive that if
you do enough business with them. Alternatively, consider changing
banks.

Thanks in advance for answering my question. I have a couple questions
about Money Plus Premium. I have been using it for a while now and have been
having some problems getting my register to add up right. I.e. When I pay my
bills, I just use my banking website. I want to keep it this way. When I
make the payment I then go into my bills because I want to flag the payment
as made. The problem is that it adds two items in my register. One is from
my flagging the bill as paid in the Bills screen. The other is from Money
realizing that the bill has been paid when it connects to my bank. Ugh!
This causes me to think there is less money in my checking account than there
should be. Can anyone tell me how to make Money stop putting transactions in
my account until they are cleared? Please note that I have tried to match
the item that I search into the register with the item that Money puts in but
this leads to issues because once I do this, I can no longer edit the splits.
Finally, when the item finally does clear it is entered as yet another
transaction.

My second question is that once I bought Money and got it all setup I
started getting an online banking fee for $9.95 per month. What the heck is
this? Is there any way to get rid of this payment without turning off the
ability to download my statements from my banks?
