Default RE: ING DIRECT not working

Did you recently open a CD at ING Direct? If so, read on.

I had a similar problem. After hours and hours of investigating, on a hunch
I found that the way ING names the CD account includes prohibited characters.
The CD has the purchase date in square brackets, e.g., "CD [Nov 1 2008]". I
logged into MSN Money, renamed the account to remove the brackets, then was
able to update again.

Thanks for nothing MS Money support. I hope you enjoyed watching me perform
millions of misdirected antics and then directing me to my bank.

info with Microsoft. We can tell you how to download statements or you'll
have to contact Microsoft")

Default ING DIRECT not working

Starting yesterday, I have not been able to update my ING DIRECT
account with Money Plus. I get an error saying: "Your sign-in
information doesn't match the bank's records. Verify your sign-in
name and password with your bank, and then provide your sign-in
information again." When I click the hyperlink part of that message
("provide your sign-in information again"), I get the error message:
"Account setup is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

I have no problem updating my other accounts as usual. Is this a
problem with ING, Money, or something on my end? I haven't changed
anything about my ING sign-in information.
