If you're downloading only periodically, make sure Money's matching
window includes the earliest possible transaction date you'd download.
That would be Tools> Settings> Online service settings> Match
transactions within...

If not I guess I should make a point f downloading and opening the QIF
file so that I can have a copy to see if there is old data being
downloaded. I used to do that, but if Money is open, I just do a
direct import without saving the file so as is the case today, I can't
verify the previous download.
