Got it. Thanks. I notice some of these are a little buggy. You can
enter in the number of days and click OK but nothing happens. Leave
that page, try again and it works.

Are you using "Essential" Bills?

If yes, change to "Advanced".

Also, that checkbox only appears when editing the bill series. If
you've already edited specific occurrences, you won't see that checkbox.

Brett,

You need to click on the particular bill you want to edit (you need to do
each one separately). The bills are listed to the right of the left pane.
When you have the bill highlighted, click the Edit button at the bottom right
(just above the calendar) and then do the steps I mentioned in the previous
post.

I don't have a Bills Summary icon. I can click Bills near the top
menu and in the left side pane, I have Change bill settings. But that
doesn't have the option you mentioned.

Default RE: How to enter bills before due date?

Brett,

Go into the "Bills Summary" icon and then edit the series (click on the Edit
button at the bottom). Under "Payment Information" you'll see a check box
that says "Automatically enter transaction into my register the following
number of days before the payment date." Check the box and then enter the
number of days. Note that this feature doesn't work if the payment is part
of the Debt Reduction Planner.

Hope this helps!

Default How to enter bills before due date?

In Money Plus Deluxe, I have recurring bills setup. I remember a
setting that allowed the bill to be automatically entered into the
registry a certain number of days before the due date. Where can I
find that setting? Thanks.
