If you bought it, yes. If it is the free trial, no. You can phone or
use email. See

Microsoft provides free support for the life of the product. You can reach
them at (866) 834-8317 and you will need your product ID

Yes, the Account List still show transactions to read. I have also
repeated all your suggestions on both the repaired file and the
original.
Do you know if I can get free advice from Microsoft? I've only had
this software for 2 weeks! Why oh why did my Money 2004 crash.

Does the AccountList list still show TransactionsToRead?

Repeat the first steps I had suggested. Maybe after the repair,
things will work this time. If not, contact Microsoft Money support.

I tried the standard file repair level 2. Still cannot see the
downloaded transaction in the registers.

I would try File-> RepairMoneyFile-> StandardFileRepair level 2 to
make a repaired version of your file.

On one account I am still told I have 10 items to review but nothing
is displayed in the register.
For the other account when I try to delete statement I get "this
operation cannot be performed" .

Right-click where it says TransactionsToRead on the AccountList, and
choose Delete Statement. Download again. Inspect for any missing
transactions, and add them manually if needed.

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools-> InternetOptions-> DeleteFiles or
Tools-> InternetOptions-> Delete-> DeleteFiles.

Then in Money do File-> RepairMoneyFile-> QuickFileRepair again.

Then go to Tools-> Settings-> OnlineServiceSetting and
select ShowStandardizedPayeeNamesForWhichANameIsNotFound.

Download again.

Default Money Plus Deluxe - items to review do not display

I have downloaded transactions from three bank accounts to the
corresponding accounts in Money.
One account is OK and displays the "items to review" in the register.
The other two accounts show that there are "items to review" but
nothing is displayed in the registers. One of these accounts is from
the same financial institution as the one that works OK.
I have tried "repair Money file" and have also uninstalled and
reinstalled Money.
Any ideas?
