Issues with Chase updates

Still no luck - any other ideas. I am beginning to think it is a Chase
problem. It is so odd because I get the balance and the number of
transactions but no actual transactions.

I have not had updates since 11/3 and I use the card a lot - right now I am
missing about 50 transactions.

HELP!

Try deleting you temp files and redownload.

I have read all the comments earlier abou Capital One and it appears folks
have got that working. I am still having a problem with Chase downloads.

It says it is updating, and it gives me the new balance and the number of
transcations downloaded. But when I go to reconcile the transactions they
are not there. I have tried doing this every way - from money, from chase,
via Qif, etc and nothing works. The last updated tranaction I received was
on 11/3.

Any ideas?
