| Unable to update I have been following the discussions about the recent problems with updating accounts. I have been unsuccessful in getting my account to update, even going so far as uninstalling the program and reinstalling it. I have followed all of the steps outlined in both the support area, and tips found here, to no avail. It seems like the update process is "stuck" as it always says "update in progress". Any ideas? |
