Regarding that, the problem often would be that the virus checker
had "quarantined" a needed file. To get that file back would most
easily involve reinstalling Money.

Thanks for the reply Cal Learner, but nope that's not it.
It even happens if I boot in to Safe Mode.

It started happening after sp3 update.
I strongly suspect it has something to do with that.
But, how can I back out the sp3 update?

Thanks,

This is probably due to a virus checker blocking off or quarantining
something. The cure may involve setting up your virus checker, and
uninstalling and reinstalling Money. You might want to check with
Money support during business hours.

Son of a gun! This has just started for me today as well. Have been
using Money for years, but installed a new version when I replaced my
computer six months or so ago.

Any help would be appreciated.

Default Has my Money program been corrupted / Reverted to Trial Version?

I'm getting 2 error messages when I try to log onto my MS Money Plus Deluxe
on my XP OS.

The first one is: "You must be connected to the internet to sign in online."

I click on the offline option and then get the second error.

The second one is: "You are about to use one of Microsoft Money's many
online features. Please not that for this trial version. we have disabled
Online Banking and Online Bill Payment. If you wish to use these online
services, please install a retail version of Microsoft Money."

When I go into help, the serial number for my full version is there. I can
also use money as my internet browser too.

Has anyone ever heard of anything like this happening?
