You should have received a confirmation email that included thinks like your
product key and instructions on how to download or redownload.

Reference the email to redownload Money.

If you can't find it, go to http://findmyorder.com and look it up.

You are, of course, correct Art. I'm so used to having media in my CD case
that I was not in the habit.

That being said, this is a customer service issue that Microsoft should
consider. I am a registered partner and an MSDN universal subscriber. They
should have answers readily available for situations like this rather than
leaving me to the good graces of colleagues like yourself.

Any MVP's have any guidance?

My understanding was that for a period of time you can go back to Digital
River and download it again. I do not know the answer to your question about
licensing the trial version.

Let me get on my soap box. As you have learned the proper way to do a
digital download of software is:
1) download to you hard drive
2) store all other purchase related information in the same directory (key,
invoice, etc)
3) cut a CD with the contents of the directory
4) install from the CD to prove your CD is good
5) store your CD in a safe place where you can find it when you need it
later.
I still leave it on my hard drive and include it in my regular backups but
this is optional.

Default How to Transfer Money + H and B License to rebuilt PC?

HI All,

I purchased Money from Digital River. Do not have the exe. I have my serial
number.

I bare-metal'ed my PC from XP to install Vista (experience told me not to
upgrade). I downloaded the trial version.

Is there a way to register this trial copy under my existing 10 month old
license?

Thanks All
