| Are you sure it's not working? The status on Money Plus (the Review update results screen) says 'Your call was successful: mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm AM", even if no data was found or updated, for each FI setup for background banking. Do you see an error message in this screen list instead of the 'call was successfull...' message? I don't follow what you mean by 'when I push the online update button on the home page,'. In my copy of Money Plus, I go to the 'online updates' page, from the Money Plus home page, click the -> <- icon in the upper right. Then click the update now button, in the dialog box that opens, select which accounts you want to update, possibly including the 'Quotes, news and other information' and then click the Update button. Is this what you are doing? There are a few more things to try, but try to answer these first. | I have been running Money Plus for several months now and activated background banking when I setup online services. Paying bills, getting updates on electronic transactions, even transferring money works great. But I have yet to have my accounts automatically updated. I have it set for 24 hour updates. On the flip side, when I push the online update button on the home page, sometimes it updates, and sometimes it does not. I have called online support and they state that my install is working perfectly and it is the bank problem. The bank did a troubleshooting session and said my install is correct and it is Microsoft's problem. Unless someone has a suggestion, my only course of action is to either to do a clean reinstall or forget background banking. I can manually update my accounts form the bank website, but it is a pain. |
