You might try the library. Even at that, "good" may be an issue. I suspect
more books printed about Money got pulped than sold. So there haven't been
very many released any time recently.

This newsgroup and the archives at http://groups.google.com (even with as
broken as Google Groups has been recently) probably can provide a wealth of
how-to information. A tutorial view is probably alittle harder in this
forum.
