| Probably right. It apparently updated itself later (not sure why) and it is now fixed. I had to merge some duplicate accounts, but it is working. I think Yodlee is really kludgy anyhow. They are the slowest and more problematic. I wish all Banks would use OFX, but I fear OFX is dying. I would expect this to be the case for the US case, but I see INGDirect Canada has real OFX servers, and thus it would not be affected. - quote - > Thanks > "Cal Learner-- MVP" wrote: > > In microsoft.public.money, RedDog wrote: > > > > I use MS Money to download transactions of Capital One and Bank of America > > > credit cards. I am having the same issue. I cannot access my bank accounts either in> able to update all weekend... > Very frustrated! Money Plus or the MSN website. I deleted all my accounts and tried to set them up from scratch, but that didn't work either. I finally contacted customer support, and this is what they suggested that I do: For Internet Explorer 6.0 1. Start Internet Explorer. 2. On the toolbar, click Tools, and then click Internet Options. 3. On the General tab, click Delete in the Browsing history area. 4. In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, click Delete files, and then click Yes in the Delete Files dialog box. 5. Click Delete Cookies, and then click Yes in the Delete Cookies dialog box. 6. Click Delete History, and then click Yes in the Delete History dialog box. 7. Click Delete forms and then click Yes in the Delete Form Data dialog box. 8. Click Close, and then click OK. For Internet Explorer 7.0 1. Click on Start > Control panel. 2. Select Internet option. 3. Under Browsing history, click the Delete button. 4. On the next window, delete Temp. Files, Cookies, and History. 5. Reset your computer and try to access My Accounts. Frustrating ... |

| I doubt Tech Support will help. Here's what I got from them. Stopping Online Services won't help since you cannot restart them for the same reason that we cannot update them. Notice I didn't get an email account to which I could reply. I went to yodlee and set up a free account there and had no trouble communicating with my bank or credit card with them. Hello Customer, I hope you are doing great. Thank you for contacting Microsoft Money Online Support Services. My name is Gerardo Valles, and I'll be assisting you with your case today. To give the most accurate support possible, I would like to give a brief summary of the problem as I understand it. You are not able to update some of your banking accounta in Microsoft Money recently, the ones that work with Yodlee. If I have misunderstood the issue, please don't hesitate to let me know. I apologize things are not working as they should and I will certainly help you with the issue in any possible way I can. We have been experiencing some inconveniences with the Online Updates for some accounts so I would like you to provide me with some information in order to establish the possible cause for this, we are already working trying to find a resolution. I would like you to provide me with the Windows Live ID that you use to secure your Money file because it is used to connect with the banks and saves the error message which I can retrieve with a tool that we have. Please try resetting the account meanwhile you provide me with this crucial information. To do so please follow these steps: Go to Banking. Select the Account Tools option. Manage Online Settings. Click the account. In the list displayed, you should be able to see a list which has a Stop Using Online Services for this account link. Once you have done so, please go again to the Manage Online Settings page. In the same line as the account, at the very right part, click on the "Complete Setup for Online Services link" Set your account information in order to get the account updates running again. Please let me know the information requested and if you were able to set Online Services again correctly. If anything is unclear, please feel free to let me know. I look forward to your reply. Thank you for choosing Microsoft.
