Having the same issue. Logged into http://www.findmyorder.com. I found this
in the DigitalRiver FAQ.

2. I still am receiving the screens that tell me to purchase a license, but
I have an order confirmation email. How do I obtain a new key?
Note: You will need to be connected to the Internet for this process to
complete.
-Please open the program that you have purchased.
(If the program is already running, please close then re-open it).
-On Opening, the program will present with a screen offering you a button
for 'Customer Service'. Please click this.
-Please enter your Purchase Number in the top field. This number is found in
your email order confirmation that you have received. Please enter your
Password in the lower field
Note: The password is the one that was used on the order form.
-Click 'Get reissue'. Be sure you are still connected to the internet.
-Your software will contact our servers and a license key will be inserted
directly into your program.

On completion of steps 1 thru 5, the program will be fully licensed and
ready for use.

I purchased and downloaded Money 2007 in Feb 2007. I recently re-installed
Windows XP. When I try to re-install Money from the .exe file, it won't
accept the number I saved from the purchase. My notes say that I have a
serial number, not a key code. The format of the number is
xxxxx-xxx-xxxxxx-xxxxx. I don't have a password on file.

I purchased this software legitimately from MS and wish to install it. Can
anyone suggest anything?
