You can transfer investments between investment accounts. You can transfer
cash between cash accounts. You can buy investments with cash from a cash
account. You can sell investments and put the resulting cash in a cash
account.

It sounds like you are trying to do something else and that you cannot do
with Money. Sell the investment with the proceeds transferred to a cash
account. Then, if necessary, transfer that cash to another cash account.
