Cal,

Thanks for your response. You're correct, I'm not running Vista. Any
additional help would be greatly appreciated.

I am referring to the Money launch icon, as distinguished from an
icon that represents the file (which would also launch money,
however). Maybe you are not running Vista.

Contact support as referenced in your order acknowledgement email.
Let us know what happens.

Cal Learner,

I don't get the option to choose RunAsAdministrator when I right click on
the Icon.

I have also done all the tasks that Fernando Rodrigues carried out but I
still get the same problem.

There must be a simple solution to this problem? Any help will be greatly
appreciated.

Cheers

Carlton

Try starting Money by right-clicking the launch icon and choosing
RunAsAdministrator. If that does not get you going, contact support
using the information included in your confirmation email, that also
contained your activation code.

You needed to download the install file, and enter the code into
that a month or so you uninstall the trial and install the
non-trial. If it's not too late, see if you can get that at
http://www.findmyorder.com

Keep a couple copies, including one you burn to CD/DVD. Don't lose
that or the activation code, in case you want to reinstall or
install to a second computer later.

I assume you ordered Money Plus Business, and you got the email with
the key.

You don't activate the trial. You instead uninstall the trial, and
install from the downloaded Money Plus file. You can get that at
http://findmyorder.com for 30 days after your order. When you
download, make a copy or two. You will need it if you want to
install to a second computer later or if you need to reinstall for
some reason. Burn a copy onto a CD/DVD too. Don't lose it.

Default Activating Microsoft Money Plus Home & Business

Hello,

I'm trying to activate microsoft money. I'm told from the following site
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941425 that I need to go to "the Tool menu in
Money Plus, click Online Services Information, and then click Activate".
However, i'm not given the option to Activate, i.e. there is nothing to click
on to Activate.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Carlton
