Right-click the setup.exe program on the Money 2000 install disk,
and choose RunAsAdministrator to start the install.

Be sure that your Money *.mny and backup *.mbf files are moved to a
spot that you will have full privileges to, such as Documents.
If they are in a place like ProgramFiles, Vista will create an
impermanent copy of the file for the user to use, unless the user
explicitly right-clicks at launch and choose RunAsAdministrator
that time.

Right-click the Money icon and choose RunAsAdministrator to let
possible updates happen. Then reboot the computer. Thereafter, it
should not be necessary to run as Administrator.

Default Money 2000 on vista, is it possible?

hi, I am trying to download money 2000 from a disc onto a vista machine. It
doesn't autorun and I can't find a setup icon that will start the set up. Is
it possible to have money 2000 on a vista or am I banging my head against a
brick wall? (I have Office 2007 downloaded for everything else)
Thanks,
Tina
