You could consider QIF export, some manipulation of the dates to munge to the other format, and then import all at once into a new file with the settings that you want would be a possibility. That is a lot of work with some downsides. However I would first try making a repaired version of your Money file, in case that somehow makes things work. I would use the method described in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/902466 See the "Run the Standard File Repair utility in Microsoft Money 2000, in Microsoft Money 2001, in Microsoft Money 2002, or in Microsoft Money 2003" section. You could try running it with each date setting to see if that makes a difference. |

| Hi there. I am still running Money 2002 as never seen a reason to change - more reasons not to change....... Anyway, my comp is set to USA date format and ideally I would like to set to NZ date format (in control panel) However if I do that, one of my MS money files won't open and says the file is corrupted. Others are quite happy. Setting the date format back to USA format means all is well with the file. Seeking any suggestions as to how I might get around this please....... |
