I have an Advantage account with BoA which waives the fee. This account has
minimum balance in Checking, savings and loans. You however are correct that
the web access does allow download of OFX files and does provide bill pay.

You have a few choices:
1. Look around the BofA web site for a place to download a statement
in OFX or QIF format. Import that file into Money manually every month
or so. (This is the way Money worked for many years.)
2. Move your accounts to a bank that doesn't charge a fee. This is the
one I recommend. Pick a local bank instead of a behemoth.
3. There's a possibility that BofA will give you access for free if
you meet some set of criteria, such as having a savings account tied to
your checking account or having a combined total of more than $10K.
Begging and grovelling sometimes also works. ;-)

I just bought Money 2008 Deluxe to manage my accounts. I was very excited
since I was doing budgeting manually in excel. However as soon as I tried to
set up my account with Bank of America(I'm in Nevada), I got can't set up
your account message. I have read all the form entries about the Bank issues
but none of them cured my problem. I called Bofa and asked them why I can't
get the transactions to MS Money. And the answered I got shocked me. The rep
told me that I had to pay $10 every month to subsribe to MS Money service. I
declined and wanted to see if everyone else who have Bofa accounts are paying
$10 a month to get their transactions. Please let me know.
