Since US Bank charges for the direct OFX online services, it may be that
you're entering the wrong credentials (e.g the website credentials where
Money is expecting the direct OFX credentials, or vice versa).
US Bank may have different credentials for website access versus direct OFX
services with Money.

I would disable that bank for online access. Then I would set it up
again. AccountList-> ManageOnlineServices. Click the account. Click
StopUsingOnlineServices.

Then set it up again. Expect to merge each account newly set up with
the older one. I know the warning you may see as you merge sounds
scary, but its generally OK; you don't lose transactions. If you
don't like the result, you can restore a backup.

Thank you for your response! It is U.S. Bank. I have been updated data for
10+ years in previous versions of Money with no issues. Just this new version
has something different that won't let me.

If you name the bank, somebody may have some experience to share. Is
it Chase?

Should we at least assume that the description uses the word
"direct" without the use of the term "third party" in the
description available thru
http://www.microsoft.com/money/bankonline.aspx

Default Money Plus Deluxe

I upgraded to Money Plus Deluxe about 2 weeks ago and the conversion went
fine, however I can not update data from the bank. I have talked to support
at the bank and they tell me that I am doing everything right. They can see
me log in to download the latest info, but the software says "bank wants you
to change your password". I have changed the password with them on the
telephone with me and it is fine on their end. They told me to contact
Microsoft, but I cannot locate anyone to call. Any assistance would be
appreciated!
