The Debt Reduction Planner is as close as you can get to what you are asking
and many people find it isn't close enough. I just schedule what I expect to
pay, on monthly average, and then edit single occurrences as I know better
from spending at the time. But you cannot make the amount of a scheduled
transaction a dynamic function of anything else, like a balance in an
account.

You can use the debt reduction planner. This will always pay more than the
minimum, or you can tell the DRP to pay in full.

OK, Thanks. (Excuse my english)
I want to know if I can setup the transfer and it can
automatically detect the amount to pay (based on the
credit card account) or I need to setup manually this
amount.

You should set up to pay your credit card bill by a transfer from your
checking account to the credit card account. The transfer will show up in
the bills list.
