Hi RichT,
I have been having stocks that will not update and I followed this thread
and fixed my problem. I entered your stock and got an update. I had to
uncheck the box at the bottom of the screen on the "pick quotes to download".
The box is labeled "Stop downloading quotes for securities that I no longer
own and no longer have on my watch list." I hope this helps.

That did it. I was not aware of the PickQuotesToUpdate and have no idea how
those few funds got unchecked. But after checking the boxes and doing an
update all the symbols updated.

disabling them, and then re-enabling them.

Thank you very much for your time to helping me troubleshoot this issue.

As soon as I received your reply, I tried an update on my portfolio and none
of them updated for me. I can't figure out what is going on here.

I tried to find a way to specify the provider for the updates but I don't
think we have a choice.

All 3 symbols I listed have not updated automaticaly since I purchased the
new version (I used to have Money 2004).

I have to do the update manually for these symbols. All other symbols
(stocks and funds) update ok. So I'm at a lost ...

I understand most funds update after 6PM. However, these funds unlike some
other funds in my portfolio, do not update at all. I can try updating them
at 11 PM and still don't update. They don't update for days, weeks, months
unless I do a manual update.

I would appreciate if you can enter those funds in your software, try it
yourself, and then let me know what results you get.

These are mutual funds, and typically the prices get updated once
daily between about 6 and 7PM ET. From the portfolio, click
UpdatePrices now, and I expect you will see updated prices.

Hi,

I have Microsoft Money Plus Premimu Version 17.0.125.1415
It has been registered and the license expires on 11/3/2009.

Most of my stocks in the portfolio update automatically, but there are a
handful that do not. The accounts are opened (have not been closed) and do
have stocks available.

This is a partial list of symbols that do not get updated:

VWIGX
NAESX
DODGX

Is there a patch I need to update or can anyone think of a reason why it is
not updating?
