| I don't see anything resembling TransactionsToRead, anywhere. From the Account List, when I right-click on a closed account, all I see are the standard options: - See Account Register - See Account Settings - See Account History - Account is Open - Account is Closed - Rename... - Move... - Delete.... I've looked at column headings, menu bars, and from within the closed accounts themselves. I guess I need another hint .I'm using Microsoft Money Plus Deluxe Trial Version 17.0.120.1415. David A. I restored a backup from before then and started over, so I haven't really lost anything. |

You are doing that right. The one thing you might want to do is to> because they're joint accounts), I right-click on the account I no longer > want to see and select Account is Closed. That removes the account from my > view, stops downloading transactions to it, but doesn't affect the "good" > version I want to see. set the AccountList view to show closed accounts. Then right-click TransactionsToRead for the closed account, and then click Delete. With Money Plus, Money will not attempt to download into that closed account. I don't think that is Banjolicious's situation. |

| I doubt I'm doing this right, but when I get duplicate accounts (in my case, because they're joint accounts), I right-click on the account I no longer want to see and select Account is Closed. That removes the account from my view, stops downloading transactions to it, but doesn't affect the "good" version I want to see. David A. | My bank changed my account number. I had to change the credentials used for online updates. When Money updates, it creates a set of duplicate accounts for that bank. Fine...I merge duplicate accounts and everything should be fine, right? The next time money updates, it creates ANOTHER set of duplicate accounts. If I merge these I lose all my old transactions. How do I correct this? |
