| It would be good if someone at MoneyCentral can figure this one out and give a difinitive answer to why this is occurring at MoneyCentral ... and find a solution without having to reset. User retention depends on it. Thanks. Create a new XP user, and create a new file with you same LiveID on it. (File-> New-> NewFile) If that works, then there is some resetting as your regular user you could try. IE Tools-> InternetOptions-> Advanced-> Reset would be the most drastic. |

| System Info: MS Money Plus Deluxe version 17.0.120.1415 + IE7 + Charter Security Suite (F-Secure) + XP SP3 Past: I've been using this Money version for about a year and suddenly started having issues with logon. Symptoms: Sign in information cannot be verified. HTTP 500 on moneycentral.msn.com I have been having problems since 8/30. I'm about to draw the conclusion that this isn't related to Money but some setting buried in IE7. I'm extremely frustrated at this point. I have tried: Repairing my money file Removing my the association of my live password to the file (now I can't reassociate through password manager) Loggin onto the moneycentral site with my work laptop with same wireless network used with home desktop. No problem with laptop. Deleting cookies, temp files, etc. Changing security settings in IE7 (so much so, I've lost track) Hours upon hours of researching the Net for help I've seen other issues within this group, but no issues quite like mine. |
