That was fast. Time warp maybe?

OK. Now don't be offended: what is the date on your computer?

Default Re: getting online services have expired message after upgrading t

To clarify after upgrading to Money Plus 2008, the folloing error message is
displayed when I attempt to update portfolio stock prices, "Your online
services in Money have expired. You can still view all of your information
and create manual transactions, but you will not be able to use any online
services in Money until you extend."

However, the Help=> About MIcrosoft Money=> Online Services Information the
following info is displayed:

Current version: Microsoft Money Plus Premium
Online services status: Activated until 8/4/2010.

Your version of Money is currently activated. You will have access to
online services in Money until 8/4/2010.

I am absoutely frustrated and about to switch to Quicken. Can anyone
help?????

Thanks,

DJP

In Help-> About, to the right of the Serial Number box, what does it
say about the expiration date?

Default getting online services have expired message after upgrading to Mo

I upgraded to MS Money Premium Plus after being warned that my online updates
were about to expire. After I upgraded the portfolio manager will not update
stock prices and returns the following error message, "Your online services
in Money have expired. You can still view all of your information and create
manual transactions, but you will not be able to use any online services in
Money until you extend!" I have already extended!!! Microsoft support was
no help after 2+ hours on the phone. I have already tried the following
fixes:

Reset Internet Explorer settings
Disabled virus software
Quick file repair x 3
Uninstalled Money
Reinstalled Money
Standard File Repair
Restored multiple backup versions

Any suggestions out there??

Thanks
