| What they allowed others to say for them can be read at http://money.mvps.org/faq/article/562.aspx. (Note also that you will not find any hint of this statement or similar at http://www.microsoft.com/money.) The statement is more notable for what it doesn't say than for what it does. What is doesn't say about the future of Money development is anything beyond To Be Determined. Read into that what you will. "Brewster1" wrote: - quote - > Is this correct? | There will not be a "formal" annual version but around the time of update timeouts I expect to see what I will call from want of a better description, Service Packs. So if there is any added functionality then I anticipate that that will be offered when you buy the renewed downloads. As I understand it there definitely won't be any physical product. So if you do download make sure you burn to a CD. -- Regards Bob Peel, Microsoft MVP - Money For unofficial FAQs see http://money.mvps.org/ or http://umpmfaq.info/ I do not respond to any emails that I have not specifically asked for. | There was an article over the weekend in the Cleveland, OH newspaper that reviewed the financial software offerings and said that there would be no further annual updated from Microsoft Money, thus Money + is that last version. Is this correct? Has Microsoft abandoned us? We noticed that our version of Money+ was purchased in August, 2007 but apparently nothing since. |
