| This issue is due to an update on Chase's end. | I was having the same problem and after reading your post figured out the solution. Disable the online services for your Chase account in Money, then re-enable them. Just checked again (12:38 AM Tuesday), Microsoft Money could not update your account because your bank or brokerage does no have a record of it or it could not be found on MSN My Accounts. The account may be closed or the account number may be changed. Worked two days ago.
