 Re: Bank Balance NA in Essentials Independent of your current problem, which people here can troubleshoot if you give additional information (such as if your download is via "Third Party" or a direct download from your bank) I would strongly recommend that you give up on the Money Essentials trial and switch to the Money Deluxe trial. MEss is a totally useless program which is, at best, a downloadable checking register.
