A lot of us ponder that from time to time. It's no bed of roses either and
the barriers to migrating the data effectively are pretty high.

Default RE: Communicating Directly with the MS Money Manager?

Dick,

Thanks for your reply. I guess I am wasting my time thinking I might one day
be able to talk with the people in charge of this software program. It's a
shame. My idea is not an 'improvement' to existing features but rather a new
feature that would be well received by a new class of user.

I have a case in with MSFT right now about continuing my Experian Credit
Service beyond the 12 month trial. I've spoken to their customer service in
India and have been told that they are waiting on a response from the product
manager in Redmond. I called Experian as Money advises and they are unable to
assist me. I have even offered to pay the $49.95 for 1 year of their service
but they have told me that it will not be compatible with Money.

I will keep you posted incase I do hear from the folks in Redmond, but
thinking of switching to Quicken Premier 2009 real soon.

Thanks,

And I should have noted that this advice is coming from a Money user since
1993. And I have a long wish list. (See http://umpmfaq.info/WishList.htm if
you are interested.) And I've done everything I know how to get anyone
related to Money at Microsoft interested. Their agenda seems pretty limited
at this point. In my business we call it an "Exit Strategy".

Default Communicating Directly with the MS Money Manager?

Is it possible to communicate directly to the MS Money Team Lead / Manager
either through e-mail or telephone?

I'm a long time Money user with a few good ideas to improve future products
that they may be interested in hearing.

FYI....A specific idea of mine should have been utilized in a 2009 version
of Money which would have help MSFT sell many more units.

Without communication with the Money Team, I am most likely going to switch
over to Quicken and perhaps tell them about my ideas.

Thanks,
