Call Vanguard. Some financial institutions (FI) have to make changes on
their end before the account is available for download to Money, even
though you can see it in the FI's web interface.

Thanks Pierre, I'm still on IE7. I have no problems with my bank (other
accounts).

Are you using IE8? I ran into login issues since upgrading.

I have 2 529-accounts with Vanguard Group, but the online-setup gave me the
message "you have no active accounts with this ..." Yes, i did verify the
id/pwd. Please help!
