In my experience, the "Today's Total Change" section doesn't include mutual
funds, whereas MV does which I always found odd. On the other hand, mutual
funds are often up to 24 hours out of date, so perhaps that makes sense.
At any rate, that's how the two can show different changes.

Sorry. I should have said $1200 (1700-500) in dividends.

I don't know your portfolio. FRO went ex-dividend for $3 per share
on 2008/9/2.

OK. Figured it out: Market Value. Probably X-dividend for $2200 in
dividends.

Default How does Money determine portfolio MV?

I'm using Money Plus Deluxe (v17). In the Portfolio section, how is
Money determining the overall market value, found at the bottom? My
portfolio "Today's Total Change" might be down $500 but the MV is down
by $1700. How is that possible?
