One of my favorite shortcuts: Run is <Windows> + R

Cool. Thanks for the feedback. It might have been easier if I had
suggested opening a command window and entering the command there.

Awesome, thanks so much! It worked by deleting the temp files and using
msmoney -s although it took me awhile to find "run" - I'm using Vista and
it's not where I'm used to looking. Thank you.

This can be caused by one of the statements being malformed. One
common cause is the presence of an ampersand ('&') in an OFX file
in which a business name where the ampersand has not been replaced
by the required five characters: '&'. Alternatively, if this is
a QIF file, it may be due to a bug in Money 2002.

You can give this a try.
Close Money.

In Internet Explorer, delete your browser temporary files with
Tools-> InternetOptions-> DeleteFiles or
Tools-> InternetOptions-> Delete-> DeleteFiles.

Open Money with Start-> Run and entering
"msmoney -s" without the quotes into the box.

Download again.

If the problem continues, go to the AccountList. Right-click
where it says TransactionsToRead, and then click DeleteStatement.

Download again. If the problem continues, the workaround would
involve editing the statement, or to keep trying until the problem
transaction is so old that the financial institution is no longer
providing it. If the problem appears to be solved, add any missing
transactions by hand.

Current versions have a more positive way of handling this.

Default Money 2002 - Items to Review

I've been using Microsoft Money 2002 for awhile and have been able to
download my transactions from my bank and then review them to categorize,
etc. All of a sudden, I can download the transactions but they don't show up
when I look at my account. It does say Items to Review (15) but I can't see
those 15 items. How can I fix this?
