If i hop around to other accounts and back again they sometimes magically appear. Or if all else fails, when I close and reopen the program, they always appear. Jim |

Then go to Tools-> Settings-> OnlineServiceSetting and select ShowStandardizedPayeeNamesForWhichANameIsNotFound. This is a global (inter-file) setting. Download again. |
