No MS Money in stores?

But be very careful about the regionalisation issue. Basically a US version
cannot read a .mny file produced by another region's version.

Thanks Bob, Think I'll give it a miss, don't feel happy about giving a
fictitious address. Might have a look at EBay.

There is no news of non-US versions and we are told that future versions are
"To be determined".

You can download from the URL I quoted BUT without an awful lot of hard work
and some data loss you cannot get the US version to read a non-US file.

See http://money.mvps.org/faq/article/535.aspx. Basically don't ask for a CD
to be sent to you; give a fictitious US address and you may find that some
CC are rejected as non-US - AMEX seems to work OK.

Bob, would you be able to tell me if Microsoft will be releasing a new
international version of Money? If no international versions is to be
released is it possible to download a US version, the site you
mentioned is for the US only.

As Bob notes, apparently they stopped producing boxed copies some time back.
You might get lucky and still find one out there somewhere until all of the
copies in the distribution channels drain, but it sounds like you've tried
that route in your area.

I have MS Money 2006 and the program has told me that it is about to expire.
I have looked for the program at places that sell microsoft products and none
of the salespeople seem to know why there is no MS Money sitting on the
shelves. Does anyone know why this is? I have tried Bestbuy, Circut City,
Office Depot, Comp USA, Staples and even Target. What Gives?
