The only way I've been able to fix this situation is to go into the Online
account Manager and disable online bill paying for the affected account.
Then you can go into the account and delete the bad/duplicate transactions.
Then you can go back and re-enable online bill pay for that account.

The only problem with this solution is that it converts ALL of you scheduled
ePay bills and deposits to Write Check. You will have to go back through
your list of bills and change them back to ePay.

Then you should connect to your bill payor and update your account. This
will reset the existing transactions back to electronic.

It's not pretty, but it works.
